Community Supported Agriculture helps small farms stay in business, fosters local land preservation, and promotes healthy interconnected communities.

Enjoy 20 weekly pick-ups through out the season of freshly harvested local vegetables. Farmer Tim’s focuses on manageably sized CSA shares, perfect for adding more local, healthy food into your life.

$350 for 20 Weeks (with add-on mushroom and egg shares available)

Meet the teachers:

Concetta Codding

All her life, Concetta has been drawn towards something greater than herself. Searching for a greater purpose in the Universe and drawing upon its energy. She is currently a certified 500 hour Yoga Teacher, having studied in the United States and Peru. She leads classes in the hope of teaching how to breathe, meditate, flow and ultimately heal. Concetta offers a rhythmic & devotional flow practice teaching students to connect mind to breath and reclaim the power to calm your mind and body with every inhale and exhale. She also teaches a sweet, yet strong vinyasa guided by a rooted intention that has been known to change lives.Whether a beginner, intermediate or advanced student, everyone participates accordingly to their level as everyone is invited to share in the gifts yoga has to offer.

Suheidi Rodriguez

Suheidi is a 200-hr certified yoga teacher and has been practicing yoga for about 4 years. She typically teaches challenging yet fun vinyasa flows that will help you build strength, endurance and flexibility. Be prepared to sweat!

Students seeking to practice more advances poses will be given plenty of opportunity to play with arm balances and inversions. Modifications and alignment cues will be given to those seeking a less intense practice.
